3. Orders, Quotes & Payments

Some service pages may include calculators that allow you to select packages, add-ons, delivery options and project requirements before proceeding to checkout. Prices shown through calculators or checkout pages are based on the options selected at the time of order.

• Orders begin after payment is completed or after an approved custom quote is confirmed.
• Any unpaid add-ons, expanded scope, rush delivery or additional requests may require a separate payment.

• You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Delays in providing required materials, approvals or feedback may delay delivery timelines.
• You are responsible for reviewing drafts carefully before approval and final delivery.

5. AI Video & AI Voice Services

Some GeniVideo services may involve AI-assisted production, AI avatars, AI spokesperson videos, AI voiceover, AI editing, AI-assisted scripting, AI image generation or other AI-supported workflows.

• AI outputs may vary depending on the tool, input quality, language, voice, avatar, style and production requirements.
• AI-generated voices, avatars or visuals may be subject to third-party platform rules and licensing limitations.
• You must not request impersonation, misleading endorsements or unauthorized use of a real person’s likeness, voice, brand or identity.
• GeniVideo may refuse AI requests that are unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing or outside our production standards.

6. Revisions, Turnaround & Delivery

Revision rounds are intended to refine the project according to the package purchased and the original approved direction. Revision requests must remain within the original project scope.

• Typical revision support may include adjustments to text, timing, pacing, visual arrangement, music, voice placement or minor creative details.
• Major changes after production begins, such as a new script, new direction, new format or new concept, may require additional fees.
• Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is confirmed in writing.
• Final files may be delivered through download links, email, client portal, cloud storage or another agreed delivery method.

7. Ownership, Portfolio Use & Usage Rights

After full payment and final delivery, you may use the final approved video files for your business, brand, campaign, website, social media, ads, presentations or training according to the package purchased.

• Raw project files, editable source files, internal templates, production systems and working files are not included unless specifically stated.
• Stock assets, music, fonts, AI tools, avatars or third-party resources may be subject to their own licensing rules.
• GeniVideo may display completed work in portfolios, case studies or marketing unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
• You may not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of underlying tools, templates or production systems used to create the work.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Project Holds

Because video production involves planning, creative time, software use, production resources and custom work, refunds depend on the stage of the project and the nature of the service purchased.

• If production has not started, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Once work has started, partial or full refunds may not be available for completed planning, scripting, design, editing, AI generation, voiceover or production time.
• Projects may be placed on hold if required materials, feedback or approvals are not received within a reasonable time.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in project suspension and loss of access to delivered assets until resolved.

9. Limitations, Website Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to misuse the GeniVideo website, calculators, checkout pages, order systems, contact forms or client communication channels.

• You may not use the website for spam, fraud, scraping, hacking, malware, abusive requests or illegal activity.
• We may decline projects involving illegal, deceptive, hateful, exploitative, infringing, sexually explicit or harmful content.
